At Zennetix, we want to ensure your plants arrive healthy and vibrant. Because we are shipping living things, we have a few specific policies in place to protect your order.

Shipping Schedule & Methods

Shipping Days: We only ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. This strictly prevents your live plants from experiencing delays and sitting in a transit facility over the weekend.

Carrier & Speed: All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day with full tracking provided.

Expected Delivery: Packages typically arrive the day after shipping by Noon, your local time.​
Plant Viability & Transit Issues
We carefully pack our plants in specialized packaging designed to maintain their health and viability for up to 5 days in transport.

However, we understand that unpredictable issues can sometimes arise when shipping live plants. If anything happens to your plants during transit:

We will gladly replace the plants or issue a credit to your account.

For replacement shipments, we will split the shipping costs with you to get fresh plants to your door.
Refund Policy
We have a strict No Refunds policy. Because our products are living plants, all sales are final and we do not issue cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances. We are, however, fully committed to your satisfaction and will resolve any issues by offering replacement plants or store credit for future Zennetix orders.
