What is Zennetix Demand Planning Service?
Our demand planning service offers our customers a regularly scheduled refresh of Gen-Zero clones for your mother room. You can choose the schedule that works best for you, most customers opt for a new shipment of clones every three to five months; a minimum of two deliveries a year is required for the demand planning service. Our customers can choose from any of our cultivars to be included. We believe that a continuous supply of vigorous, healthy Gen-Zero mother stock mitigates the risk of pests and pathogens, and allows for 50x more cuttings than traditional mothers. Is there any special preparation for transplanting my Gen-Zero clones?
When you receive your Zennetix shipment, your clones will be rooted and hardened off in a coco and peat moss media. You can find our step-by-step transplanting guidelines HERE.
How should I prepare my mother room for Gen-Zero mother stock?
Gen Zero clones are very robust and will grow with more vigor than traditional mother plants. However, if you’re introducing new stock, it’s a great time to clean your mother room. All surfaces and tools should be sanitized, as well as any HVAC systems connected to the room. We agree with these common sense best practices.

Have all your genetics listed on the website been tested and certified viroid/pathogen-free?
Yes. If you would like to see the report for a specific cultivar, please contact sales@zennetix.com.
What sizes are available to order?
Our Gen-Zero clones come rooted and hardened and measure between 4-6 inches in height. If you are looking for specific sizes, please contact us.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is six clones. You can choose between different cultivars to meet this minimum.
Do you offer pathogen testing?
We currently use a third-party lab, but will be offering this service in-house in 2025.
Do you offer storage for your customer’s proprietary genetics?
Germplasm storage is available, and can be stored indefinitely for a monthly fee. Contact us to learn more about this service.

I’m looking for a specific cultivar, can you help me find it?
Zennetix has a robust rotating library. We also maintain over 100 cultivars in cold storage. Please contact us if you’re looking for a particular cultivar to put into rotation for your demand planning service.
How will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped to you in temperature-controlled packaging. You will be required to sign for it upon delivery. We ship both within the United States and internationally.
I’m a home-grower, can I purchase your clones?
Yes, we believe that everyone should enjoy the benefits of certified pest and pathogen-free Gen-Zero clones. We will only ship to states that allow home grows; the minimum order is six clones and you can mix and match from the cultivars available in our genetics library.
